Opt-in methods used for this campaign

SignalFlow uses one SMS opt-in method for this campaign: the public website contact form at https://www.signalflowhq.io/contact/. SMS consent is not collected through any other source.

  • Website opt-in only: https://www.signalflowhq.io/contact/.
  • The form is public and is not behind a login.
  • Consumers enter their own first name, last name, phone number, email address, and message.
  • Consumers choose whether to opt in by selecting optional, unchecked SMS consent checkboxes before submitting the form.
  • Consumers must be 18 years or older to use the SMS service.
  • Informational consent and marketing consent are separate checkboxes, so consumers can consent to either category independently.
  • Consent is not required to submit the form, receive a response, book a call, or buy services.
  • SignalFlow does not use paper forms, verbal opt-in, imported lists, purchased lists, affiliate lists, consent collected behind a login, or shared third-party lead consent for this SMS campaign.
  • SMS opt-in data, mobile numbers, and consent records are not shared with or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except providers that support delivery of the requested messaging service.

Website opt-in workflow

  1. A consumer visits https://www.signalflowhq.io/contact/.
  2. The consumer enters their contact details and message into the form.
  3. The consumer reviews the SMS consent section before the submit button.
  4. The consumer may select the optional informational SMS checkbox, the optional marketing SMS checkbox, both checkboxes, or neither checkbox.
  5. Each checkbox includes the business name, message type, message frequency disclosure, message and data rates disclosure, STOP opt-out instructions, HELP instructions, links to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, and the requirement that the consumer must be 18 years or older to use the SMS service.
  6. The consumer submits the form. SignalFlow stores the submitted form details and checkbox selections as the consent record.
  7. Only consumers who select an SMS checkbox are eligible to receive messages for that selected category.

Optional checkbox 1, informational messages: I agree to receive non-marketing informational text messages from Topping Ventures LLC, doing business as SignalFlow, at the phone number I provide, including updates about my inquiry, appointment scheduling, and service-related communications. Messages will include

  • Inquiry follow-up, appointment scheduling, and service-related updates.
  • Marketing or promotional follow-up only when the separate marketing checkbox is selected.
  • No embedded links unless the recipient has specifically requested a resource that requires one.
  • No phone numbers unless the recipient has specifically requested a direct callback number.
  • No direct lending, loan, debt, or credit offers.
  • No age-gated content.
